Find the source. Fix it properly.
Roof repair in Las Vegas starts with finding where the water actually gets in, which is often a few feet from the stain on your ceiling. We trace leaks on tile, shingle, foam and flat roofs, fix the cause instead of the symptom, and send you photos of the finished repair.
Inspection, photo report and a fixed written price.
Most repairs start with something small. Catching it early keeps one leak from turning into wet insulation and a damaged deck.
A brown ring or a drip after rain means water is getting past the roof. The entry point is often uphill from where it shows.
Wind and foot traffic knock tile out of place. One gap sends water straight onto underlayment that was never meant to take it alone.
Strong gusts can break the seal on shingles and tear them loose, exposing nail lines and the underlayment below.
Summer storms bring heavy rain and gusty wind in a short burst. Look for displaced tile, debris in valleys and new stains inside.
Bubbles, splits or bare foam showing through the coating let water and UV into the foam itself.
Sun-dried sealant and rusted metal around penetrations are some of the most common leak points in the Valley.
Repairs are scoped to your roof's system. These are the ones we price most often, from a single slipped tile to a section rebuild.
A patch over the wrong spot fails at the next storm. We trace the water before we price the fix.
We start at the stain and follow the water path in the attic, where wet sheathing and staining show where it's coming from.
Water travels downhill under tile. We lift pieces above the leak to check the underlayment and battens.
Walls, valleys, chimneys and skylights get a close look for rust, gaps and sealant the sun has dried out.
Rubber pipe boots crack in the sun. We check each one and the vent flashing around it.
On flat and foam roofs, clogged drains and scuppers hold water that finds every weak spot. We clear and check each one.
If the problem is widespread, we tell you, with photos. You get an honest comparison of repair cost against a re-lay or replacement.
Repair pricing depends on the roof type, access and what we find under the surface. You get a written price before any work starts.
Tell us what you're seeing. Active leaks get priority, and we'll talk you through limiting damage until we're on site.
We inspect the roof and attic, trace the water path and photograph the source.
You approve a fixed written price, then we make the repair with materials matched to your roof.
You get photos of the finished repair and written workmanship coverage for the work we did.
Underlayment complete. Tile loading this afternoon.
Monsoon storms, roughly July through September, bring heavy rain and gusty wind that find slipped tile, open seams and failed flashing. A spring inspection catches most of these before the season starts. Larger repairs can require a permit with your city or Clark County, and we'll tell you if yours does and pull it under our license.

Yes. Call (702) 555-0142 and tell us what's happening, and active leaks get priority on our schedule. Until we're there, move valuables, put a bucket under drips and stay off the roof. When we arrive, we stop the water first and price the permanent repair after.
Tile sheds most of the water, but the underlayment beneath it is the waterproof layer. After years of Las Vegas heat it dries out and cracks. Water can also get in at flashing, vents or slipped tile that's hard to spot from the ground.
Often not. Water can run along underlayment, battens or framing before it drips, so the entry point may be several feet uphill. That's why we trace it from the attic and lift tile above the stain before we price a repair.
One leak is usually a repair. When leaks show up in several spots, the underlayment is brittle across slopes or repairs keep coming back each monsoon season, a re-lay or replacement usually costs less over time. Our photo report shows which situation you're in.
We match by profile and color, using salvaged tile or the closest current product. Older shingles may be discontinued, and new ones can look slightly different until they weather. We show you the match before the repair, so there are no surprises when it's done.
Insurance may cover sudden damage, such as a storm, but usually not wear and age. Your policy and adjuster decide what's covered. We document the damage with photos and a written scope you can share with your insurer if you decide to file a claim.
Yes. We cut out damaged foam, re-spray and recoat it, and patch membrane seams and punctures with compatible materials. If the coating is worn thin across the whole roof, we'll tell you whether a recoat makes more sense than a string of spot repairs.
Yes. Repairs come with Mustang's written workmanship warranty, with the term spelled out before work starts. If the roof around the repair has wider problems, we note them in your photo report, so you know exactly what is and isn't covered.
